The book is dedicated to the historical-ethnographic essay – “Khevsureti” – published as a separate book in 1934, which is based on the abundant material obtained as a result of the expedition organized by the geographical society in the summer of 1933 in north-east and southwest Khevsureti. The work tells about the life of Khevsuri people almost a century ago.
This work, which has become a bibliographic rarity, was published again in 1984 by Professor Alexi Chincharauli. The reprint has been supplemented with illustrative material.
