“The Memoirs of Elisabeth Eristavi“ included the records and letters of the representative of the highest aristocracy in Georgia, Elisabeth Eristavi (1864-1949). These records and letters are preserved in the Giorgi Leonidze State Museum of Georgian Literature. Maia Tsertsvadze prepared the book for publication and attached the scientific apparatus to it. The memoirs are richly illustrated with photographs and genealogical tables preserved in the iconographic department of the Giorgi Leonidze State Museum of Georgian Literature and in the family albums of the descendants of the nobility. Memoirs will be accompanied by bibliography for individuals and geographical locations.

Elderly memoirist records contain endless phrases, spelling and memory errors, which are generally characteristic of memoir texts; There are also factual errors and anachronisms, which are supplemented by relevant comments and notes attached to the records.
